TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of £30 per pitch is requested to be made at the time of booking with full payment on arrival. If for any reason you fail to arrive on the date you have booked, and have not contacted the site with a reason for delay, the pitch will be re-let from 9am the next day.
Pitches with electric hook-up are allocated at the time of booking. We try to meet all your requests for specific pitches but this may not always be possible.
Booking a camping pitch without electric hook-up guarantees “booking-in” but not a specific pitch.
Pitches should be vacated by 12 midday on day of departure. Pitches are normally available from 12 midday but there may be a slight delay during busy periods as we like to make sure the grass is cut ready for our next visitors. If you should arrive before this time please leave your car in the early/late arrival field at the entrance to the site before reporting to reception. No new arrivals between 10pm and 9am.
To allow adequate space between units one medium/large tent or caravan/awning and one car are allowed per pitch. Additional tents and cars may require booking an extra pitch. Please confirm the size of your unit including any pup tents and gazebos and any extra cars at the time of booking.
It is regretted that no refunds are given if guests depart prior to the end of the booked holiday therefore we strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance.
We reserve the right to terminate any holiday or request any person(s) to leave for a breach of site guidelines. In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you.
