Tower Park - Static Caravans
We have five modern well-equipped static caravans for hire. These are connected to mains water and electricity and include colour TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker and fire, shower and flush WC. There are no extra charges for gas or electricity and the kitchens are fully equipped.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and two berths in the lounge. Bed linen can be hired with advance notice, please see tariff for details. Please bring your own towels. A cot is available for hire (own bedding required) and dogs are accepted by prior arrangement.
For security, the entrance barrier is locked each night at 11pm (10.30pm in the winter) until 7am. Please respect other campers and keep noise to a minimum especially during this time.

- Additional persons (max 2) £20 per person, will need to bring own bedding. No charge for children under 2 years old.
- Short breaks available (minimum 3 nights) except during July and August. Charged at 1/5th weekly rate per night. Saturday to Saturday only bookings accepted in July and August.
- Bed linen hire - £10 double, £7.50 single.
- Dogs accepted by prior arrangement (max 2) - £10 per dog per week or part week.
- Cot hire (own bedding required) - £10 per week or part week.
- Extra car - £2 per night.
- Boats are accepted at no extra charge but must be parked alongside your caravan.

Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided for up to four people, please bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, bed linen can be hired with advance notice. Additional persons will need to bring their own bedding.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1.Provisional bookings are accepted by telephone but must be confirmed within 7 days with a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week.
2. The balance of monies due must be paid 5 weeks before the start of your holiday. No reminders are sent. Failure to do so may result in the caravan being re-let without notification (see 8.)
3. All bookings are from 2.30pm on the day of arrival until 10am on day of departure. No arrivals after 10pm.
4. The hirer is responsible for the contents of the caravan whilst in their possession. All damages/breakages must be reported and paid for.
5. All accommodation and equipment to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
6. A £25 cash key deposit will be requested upon arrival to be held against any damage, breakages or unacceptable cleaning on departure. Please allow 15 minutes prior to leaving to enable us to check the caravan and return your deposit.
7. The accommodation to be used only by those persons listed on the booking form.
8. Please remember that when you make a booking you are entering into a contract. If you have to cancel your holiday we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, if we are unable to do so you will be responsible for the full cost of your accommodation.
9. We disclaim any liability for losses or injury sustained by guests or their property except where negligence on the part of our staff or ourselves is proven.
10. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in caravans under any circumstances.
11. We reserve the right to terminate any holiday or request any person(s) to leave for a breach of the above conditions or site guidelines.
