Tower Park - Yurts Cornwall
New in 2009 we have two 11” yurts (also known as Mongolian Gers) for hire. These vaulted tents have handmade wooden frames made from sustainable ash and oak, heavy canvas covers, wooden floors and doors and wood burning stoves. Suitable for two people they are comfortably furnished with a double futon for sitting and sleeping, cosy rugs and throws, a gas stove and cooking and eating utensils. Blankets and an undersheet are provided, just bring your own pillows and duvet or sleeping bags. The central crown can be opened on fine days for light and ventilation or at night allowing you to lie in bed and watch the stars and the wood burning stove ensures that the yurts are warm and cosy even during cooler weather.
